Collection Assistant
IntegrUS Credit Union is looking for a professional to provide clerical support for the collections process at the credit union and other duties as assigned by CEO/CLO. This position WOULD NOT be a collection agent and would have minimal member interaction.
This person would serve as administrative liaison with our outside collections call center and collection recovery agency. They would coordinate with lending staff to insure all collection activities are completed one time and documented properly. This position would also be responsible for managing and liquidating repossessed vehicles and loan recovery efforts. Position may also serve as a reserve teller as needed and for Saturday morning rotation.
Proficient cash handling skills required and prior office or financial experience would be helpful. Applicants should be computer literate and have some familiarity with Microsoft Office programs.
This is an hourly full-time position with excellent benefits and performance based incentive program.
Member Relationship Consultants
IntegrUS Credit Union is looking for 2 dynamic professionals to provide onboarding for new members and assist them in developing full relationships with the credit union.
Member Relationship Consultants provide personalized high-level member service to our members in person and over the phone. Duties include opening new checking accounts, developing direct deposit relationships and cross-selling other credit union solutions. Positions may also serve as a reserve teller as needed and for Saturday morning rotation.
Proficient cash handling skills required and prior customer service, office or financial experience would be helpful. Applicants should be computer literate and have some familiarity with Microsoft Office programs.

Part-Time Member Service Representatives
IntegrUS Credit Union is looking for cheerful individuals eager to assist our members at our two Dubuque branches.
Proficient cash handling skills required and prior retail, restaurant or financial experience would be helpful. Applicants should be computer literate and have some familiarity with Microsoft Office programs.
Member Service Representatives provide transactional services to our members in person and over the phone with a high level of service. Duties many include processing member loan payments, deposits and cash withdrawals.
